Richard Ernst Johnson AKA: Skip, age 86, of Norman, Oklahoma, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2024 at his home in Norman, Oklahoma.

 Richard was born June 02, 1938 in New York City, New York, a son of Herbert and Aili Marie (Alanko) Johnson. He loved to run marathon's all over the state of Oklahoma and even some in Texas, He loved woodworking of all kinds, from cabinet work to tables. He had a great financial mind and he enjoyed the occasional ice cream treat. Skips career was spent as a Systems Analyst for various companies in Oklahoma City and Dallas.

 He is survived by his wife Rayge Lee (Swirczynski) Johnson; his children. Ernst Eric Johnson, Arne Arthur Johnson and wife Michelle, Richard Buster Johnson, and Aili Ann Johnson; his grandchildren, Stephanie Renee Johnson, Megan Johnson, Axel Johnson, and Michael Lyric Beam; his great grandchildren, Dylan Lowery, Kaiya Lowery, Alexa Bullard, Aria Johnson, Freya Johnson, and one on the way, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Norma Holden.
