On Sunday morning, August 2, 2026, Randall Lee Mauldin, 68, of Oklahoma City, reached his final destination among the other saints in heaven to worship (middle section, 3rd row, center seat) and to live for eternity with Our Heavenly Father.

Randy was born on October 8, 1957, in Oklahoma City to Hollis and Sue Mauldin. Growing up alongside his sister, Sandra, he attended Western Heights Schools. Following his school years, Randy spent a few years driving a truck hauling oilfield pipe. He then partnered with his father to establish Apex Mower and Engine Repair. In the late 1980s, Randy returned to the trucking industry and started his 23-year career as a truck driver for Tyson Foods. By his retirement in 2010, he had earned the 2 Million Mile Accident-Free Award, a testament to his skill and dedication. 

On May 21, 1999, Randy married the love of his life, Debbie and embraced her children, Juston and Rachel, loving them as his own. He brought stability to their lives with his calm and patient demeanor. Randy was a devoted and loyal husband. His easygoing temperament and sense of humor made weathering life’s ups and downs easier for Debbie having him by her side. Their 27-year marriage was a journey marked by fun, laughter, and adventure. They loved traveling the country, attending NASCAR races, and going to concerts, but they also loved spending evenings together on the porch listening to their favorite music. 

As the years passed and the family grew, Randy truly found his ultimate calling as a grandfather. He was made to be a "Papa" and he was proud of that title. The grandkids brought out the kid inside of him; when they were small, he was always down on the floor playing Legos, Hot Wheels, or Barbies. As they grew, the happy screams and laughter filling the room were almost always instigated by Randy, he loved to get them all riled up. He was at every birthday party, sporting event, award ceremony, and milestone he was physically able to attend.

Many of his family's favorite moments were made over the last 23 years at their lake house in Eufaula. Randy loved spending time there giving the kids golf cart rides, four-wheeling, fishing, swimming, and boating, leaving behind a mountain of memories. 

Randy grew up riding motorcycles and enjoyed weekends spent riding his Harley with friends—some of whom had been riding with him since their teenage years. He was an avid college and NFL football fan. He was a faithful Dallas Cowboys fan, but he bled Crimson and Cream. OU football and softball were his favorites. Randy could happily watch football games for hours year-round, regardless if they were reruns. 

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Hollis and Sue Mauldin. He is survived by his beloved wife, Debbie; his children, Juston, and Rachel (husband Chad); and his former daughter-in-law, Hollie. 

He is also survived by his grandchildren, Hunter, Laila (husband Danny), Jaiven (wife Cassie), Brody, Ellie, Paisley, and Penny; his great-grandchild, Penelope; his sister, Sandra (husband Cosme); his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Melvin and Mitzi; and his nephews, Matthew and Mitchel. Leaving behind a legacy of love, he will also be deeply missed by his chosen family: his Aunt Dee, his lifelong friend of 57 years, Bob, and grandson Adrian, whom Randy loved as one of his own. 

Randy will be immensely missed by all his family and friends until they see him again.
