Eunice M. Merritt

Eunice Fetters Merritt passed away on January 7, 2023 at the age of 93. She was born on March 21, 1929 in Hart, Michigan. She married L. Gilbert Merritt on May 25, 1951. She had twin children, John Paul Merritt and Ann Josephine Merritt (Selvidge).

The family moved to Norman in 1955 and she was employed by Apco Oil in Oklahoma City for 30 years. Gilbert left this world on December 14, 2001. John died on August 18, 2020.

Eunice is survived by her daughter, Ann Selvidge of Noble; daughter-in-law, Maryann Merritt of Norman; granddaughter, Rachel Selvidge of Noble, granddaughter, Sarah McGivern of Shenandoah Junction, West Virginia; grandson, Jason Merritt of Fishers, Indiana; granddaughter, Jennifer Merritt of Carmel, Indiana; great grandson, Donovan Merritt of Fishers, Indiana; and great granddaughters, Kathleen McGivern and Rebekah McGivern of Shenandoah Junction, West Virginia.
