Born and reared in Southside Chicago, Illinois. Preceded in death by parents Charles Jacobs Senior, and Helen Vanek Jacobs, and former wife Kathryn Reynolds Jacobs. Chuck was faithful to his teams, the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Bears, even after moving to Norman, but soon became a Sooners fan.

He worked for the US Postal Service as an electronic technician and retired in 2009. Being involved in real estate also kept him busy, even after retirement.

Chuck was known for his loving, kind, and generous ways with a wonderful sense of humor. Judi considered him her hero. His spirituality was important to him.

His passion was working on his tan at the beaches of Hawaii and Cancun. He loved traveling with Judi to Europe, Ireland, Scotland, Denmark, and, of course, Hawaii and Cancun during their short time together.

Chuck is survived by his wife, Judi Jacobs, his bonus children and grandchildren, and his fur babies, Asta and Freddie.
