Candace Howard was born on December 15th, 1947 to Quenton McConnell and Lydia Grant. She passed peacefully and gently at home on July 5th, 2021.
Survivors include her only child, Dana Davis and her husband Robert Davis; three grandkids, Robert and his wife Alexis, Meredith, and Caroline Davis; sisters, Anna Russell and Lisa Lizarrago; brothers, Kenny George and Terry Billiman.
Candace was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Howard; her parents; three brothers, Franklin McConnell, Houston McConnell, and Thomas George; sisters, Lydia Fanny McConnell and Alice Billiman.
