On Saturday, June 5, 2021, Julie Goegel, loving mother of three, passed away at the age of 63.

Julie was born on May 23, 1958 on the Wheelus Air Base in Tripoli, Libya to Rolf and Anne Goegel. She grew up in Duncanville, TX and then moved to Norman, OK where she raised her one daughter, Liz, and two sons, Brian and Brandon.

Julie had a passion for gardening. She also loved to play with her grandkids. She had a hardworking spirit and loved working to create a wonderful life for her and her kids. Julie had the biggest passion of helping others. She was constantly serving others and seeing what she could do for her family and friends.

Julie was preceded in death by her father Rolf Goegel, and her mother Anne Goegel. She is survived by her daughter, Liz Goegel, and her two daughters, Jordan and Zoie Dooty. Her son, Brian Andrews, and his wife Hannah Andrews, and their two kids, Sloane and Dash Andrews. Her son, Brandon Andrews, and his two kids, Tanner and Jocelyn Andrews. Her brother, Robert Goegel, and his wife Tina Goegel. Her sister, Laurie Miller, and her husband Alan Miller. Her best friend Stacy Sharp and numerous other family and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021 at Timbercreek Fellowship at 2800 W Indian Hills Rd in Norman at 2 pm. Flowers can be sent to Timber Creek Fellowship. One of her favorite flowers was Calla Lillies.
