John Paul Merritt

John Paul Merritt was born on January 16, 1952 to L. Gilbert and Eunice Merritt. He passed away on August 18, 2020.
He married the love of his life, Maryann on December 31, 1988 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was a Senior Systems Analyst at OU. John had a son, a daughter and a stepson.
He and Maryann loved traveling, going on cruises, twelve cruises to be exact and hanging out at the beach in Florida.
John was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years; Maryann, mother; Eunice, son; Jason Patrick Merritt, daughter; Jennifer Elaine Merritt, stepson; Robert Berryhill, grandchild; Donovan Merritt, twin sister; Ann Selvidge and husband Tom, nieces; Rachel Selvidge and Sarah McGivern.
