Francis "Wandora" Fullerton

Francis Wandora Fullerton sang her final song on December 31, 2015.

Wandora was born on March 24th, 1936 in Joy, Oklahoma in her home to O. J. And Donella Fox. Wandora graduated from Wynnewood High School. She married the love of her life Vandon Fullerton on June 14th, 1956 and moved to Norman in 1958 to raise their two daughters.

Wandora worked for many years at Oliver's/Brown's shoe store. She also worked at Dales Office Supply and in earlier years at the Cleveland County Health Department. Her most passionate job was assisting her husband with his architecture business. Wandora loved cooking and being a homemaker to her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. As a Grandma she loved starting every day with a gospel song, which she would often sing to her grandchildren. She had a love of birds and enjoyed sitting in her courtyard to watch them while visiting with family and friends. Wandora was devoted to the word of Christ and studied it daily.

Wandora will be greatly missed and is survived by her daughters, Vanessa Coots and husband Billy and Paula Roden and husband Raymond, all of Norman, Oklahoma; brother Eugene Fox, brother Delford Fox, and sister Rheka Russell.

Grandma is also survived by her beloved five grandchildren: Billy David Coots, Jerrad Coots and spouse Kory, Cynthia Murdock and spouse Jake, Raymond Roden IV, and Jayla Roden; and four great-grandchildren: Kylie Coots, Kohen and Vanna Coots, and Asher Murdock. She considered them her little angels.

Wandora was preceded in death by her husband, Vandon Fullerton, sister Emma Jean Ratchford, and brother LaRue Fox.
