Diane Patricia Foster

Diane Patricia Foster was born December 2, 1948 in Norman, Oklahoma to Woodrow Glen Howard, Sr. and Dollie Mae Earlene (Patton) Howard.

She is survived by her daughters Lorri Van Tuyl and Sundae Joy Osborn, her granddaughters Charky Van Tuyl and Celia Austin, and her grandson Dylon Osborn. Diane also has many cousins, nieces, and nephews, including nieces Cynthia Conrad and Becky Dodds. Also surviving Diane is the father of her children by marriage, Jerry Edgin. She is survived by one brother, Woodrow Glen Howard, Jr.
